Reconnect OAuth
Issue a fresh authorize URL for an OAuth connector. Use it when oauth_status is needs_reauth - the refresh token stopped working, usually because the customer revoked access - or any time you want the customer to re-authorize.
Tavus reuses its existing client registration, so this does not create a second client on the server.
